- My art is NOT to be used for commercial use (ex. you use the artwork on merchandise and have it up for sale.)- I have the right to reject any commission for any reason. If I reject a commission after a payment has been made I will fully refund the commission. No questions asked.- Do not under ANY circumstances use my art for hate speech, bigotry, racism, anti-LGBTQ messaging, promotion of harmful materials, political topics, or NSFW topics.- If you commission an art piece from me this does NOT give you permission to claim the artwork as your own.- If you use my art for anything personal (personal sites, ref sheets, profile pictures, etc.) Credit me properly with a link to my commission page or a link to my social media(s)- My art is not to be used for Artificial Intelligence training, if it is discovered you are using my artwork for AI training; you will be sent a cease and desist.-I do not start the commission UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE.-Commission could take 5-6 days or more, if you need the artwork by a certain time, please tell me!
